I was just forwarded an article by my friend Barry Martin,
Ilahinoor Energies on the Phone
For those who would like to experience the Ilahinoor energies over the phone, my friends Barry Martin and Karen Anderson have been offering weekly Ilahinoor teleconferences. If you would like to experiment with this, please check out their website www.luminousself.com.
Arthur Collins, bhagavanusa@yahoo.com, has also been offering Ilahinoor teleconferences, and I would highly recommend these as well!
The beautiful blessing of Ilahinoor continues to bloom. It is a joy to learn about places where this transmission is flowering and spreading rapidly. We learned this week that Ilahinoor is thriving on the Big Island of Hawaii.
One of the most deeply encouraging Ilahinoor developments has occurred in Florida. Ilahinoor was introduced into an addiction treatment facility by a physician who attended many teleconferences last Fall. The results were immediate and dramatic. Emotional outbursts and violent behavior diminished to the point of being virtually nonexistent. Detox times shortened from days to hours. The campus was pervaded with a new serenity and peace.
Those in recovery began to pass Ilahinoor on to each other and their families. On weekend Family Days, more than 400 people have shared Ilahinoor with one another. After the transmissions, a “holy hush” falls over the facility, and continues throughout the week.
The latest report is very uplifting: “My Ilahinoor adventure has increased to other Recovery Homes in the Central Florida area and has become a confirmed modality for detox and recovery. It is unfortunate that the privacy laws restrict our publication. Over 1000 residents have been positively affected by regular Ilahinoor Transmissions. ”
This opens up a whole new dimension of possibilities with Ilahinoor. We feel deeply excited by the potential of Ilahinoor to mitigate the enormous pain and suffering humanity and the planet experience as a result of addiction. If your experiences add to the growing body of information about the effects of Ilahinoor on addiction recovery, please e-mail them to us and/or share them during the calls.
Many people are enjoying experimenting with introducing Love-Oneness into public and private spaces. This has been inspired by Skandar, who has attended many, many calls and always uplifts us all with his creative and healing uses of the transmissions. One evening, he asked to be a conduit for Love-Oneness in the local hot springs. He felt the frequencies of the transmission go into the water itself, where it was available to all who chose to “drink” of the energies. Noisy children soon quieted down, and at the end of the evening people thanked one another for the beautiful time they had shared.
We feel it is essential, in sharing the transmissions with others, to honour each being’s free will. Asking to be a conduit for the energies to fill a space eliminates moral and ethical issues about sending transmissions to people who have not directly given permission or asked to receive them. This can be really satisfying in airports, on buses, trains, and planes, in big stores, and in other public places. We’d love to hear how you are being guided to share this beautiful, heart-centered transmission.
It seems that the time for the Facing and Embracing calls has not yet fully arrived. Perhaps the transmissions are preparing the ground for this deeper immersion into being with What Is within ourselves. This is a core aspect of our work, and absolutely primary to the process of awakening. If you would like to experience this teleconference, let us know. As interest grows, we will schedule calls. And finally, if you have ideas for other calls we might offer, please let us know. We appreciate your suggestions and value your input!
In the love and light of the One, Barry and Karen
“My name is David Stein.
I live in Cape Town, South Africa. I just wanted to connect with you, and say Hi.
I have been reading your work for a while now and I find it very liberating.
I too have been on a search for liberation or rather complete personal growth. I am very interested in the energy you use called Ilahinoor. To this end, I found someone who could send it to me from overseas.
When I received it, I was pleasantly surprised, because I found it very deep, yet so embodied.
I felt clear and functional and quite relaxed. I also felt a quiet stillness, which I do not usually feel with other energies. I have received deeksha so many times. While different, Ilahinoor feels also very awakening in itself. In fact, I’d say I prefer Ilahinoor in many ways. I have tried to send this energy via intent a few times, but I have dot done so, by touch as yet. I just wanted to connect with you and say thank you for your wonderful information.
All the best David”
“Hi Kiara
Please use my experiences as a testimonial to using Ilahinoor. I have also included below some of my other experiences, you can use: quieting of the mind, very similar to deeksha in this aspect. Yet they are very different energies. I find my mind is quiet and I am peaceful. Yet I am quite functional, able to thrive in my work and I feel very energetic and balanced.
I call on the Ilahinoor energy a few times a day, which keeps me balanced. With time, I find my state deepening, so today it was hard to even think a thought at certain times. The purification has also been very profound. In fact I had to go a raw diet for a few days just because my body was craving this. I personally find the Ilahinoor energy to be more powerful yet integrating then deeksha in many ways…I prefer it…as it helps you integrate deeper states of consciousness in your body, where as with deeksha, I was not really able to function most of the time, I was always in an altered state.
I am grateful to have found Ilahinoor; it is a profound transformational energy. I know this because I have worked with many energies in the past, what sets this apart is that is also awakens the enlightenment process, as evidenced by the dramatic quieting of the mind. Another point, this energy brings up shadow stuff, I went through a few depressive cycles, but you can move through it quite well, because this energy is balanced, you don’t feel imbalanced. Thanks.” Dave
“Hi Kiara
Just wanted to let you know that I discovered Ilahinoor!! Wow I have calling on this energy for the last two days and I am simply blown away by the results, it is so embodied! I am also happy as I am not a deeksha giver and it is nice to be able to now also share this automatically with others… Please help me by answering my questions:
1. Can I transfer this to others by gently placing my hands on the persons head, or occipital ridge for about a minute?
2. I normally send it via a distance by focusing on another person and then telling the energy to flow to them; this seems to work well…
3. Is it possible for me to transfer deeksha (I am not a deeksha giver)… The reason I ask, is – surely, since I have received deeksha, I can send it. It seems that people are not having good results with this. Thanks” Dave
“Hello Barry and Karen
Great way to spread the Ilahinoor energy, sounds very interesting. From what I have understood, telephone conferences are popular in USA. The response here has all been positive; we have not seen any negative effects from Ilahinoor yet. Many people who have fallen into the “deeksha depression” are starting to feel positive changes in their life. It feels like the energy is getting stronger, maybe we are opening up more to it or it is increasing in power the more it is transferred and spread.
As the first transmission worked out so fine we feel no need for a second transmission. Since the work with Ilahinoor since our transmission been going so great me and Helena is very interesting to start working with the other energy-transfers as well. So if you have time we would thankfully receive that during a phone call or two. Best way is maybe to get one transmission at the time, so the energy can integrate?
As I have to travel a bit to get to Helena it would be great if we could do it, for example a Friday, and Saturday, or Friday and Sunday. Then I can stay over the weekend. It would also be interesting to hear how your work is going in USA, and if you got more response regarding Ilahinoor. Best regards.” Fredrik

The idea to visit the process of awakening began some weeks ago. I’ve read an article from Christian Opitz, a German citizen, in an esoteric magazine. He wrote about Deeksha, the energy of awakening, and about the Oneness-temple in India of Sri Bhagavan and Sri Amma. Looking to get more information about it, soon I went with my wife Sophia one evening to Stuttgart/Germany. There we listened to Kiara Windrider, the author of the book Deeksha-fire, and received the first time Deeksha. He is a spiritually teacher and very professionally psycho-therapist, authorised by the Oneness-university of India to give Deekshas around the world.
Fascinated of the idea, that the time has come to awaken humanity, also according to an ancient scripture of the evolutionary process of human consciousness, like the Maya-calendar, and Kiara’s teachings, we decided to visit some days later an intensive seminary for one weekend in Stuttgart. This weekend Kiara worked with Deeksha, Ilahinoor – the divine light, holotropic breathing along dynamic and calm music, and with some traditional Sufi songs and movements. All participants could experience their divine beings and their inner lights.
After this weekend Sophia and I practised the ancient Egyptian technique of Ilahinoor. Kiara said it’s useful for self healing, to clean the body and mind of addictions, negative emotional and mental blockades. He was right. It is so simple to apply, that a few minutes of every day practise and experiments has shown us wonderful experiences of this powerful energetic work. Now it was clear for us to meet Kiara again during his journey through Germany, and we were lucky, because some days later again there was a 5 days intensive Deeksha-event not too far away from our living place, easy to reach.
Unfortunately Sophia couldn’t give me company. She felt very sick the day of departure. Her daughter took care of her and I drove alone to Neumühle/Saarland, where the event should happen. Meanwhile I was asked by the European meditation centre to translate one or two days the teachings of Kiara during this spiritually adventure. The surroundings of this area there is well known from Celtic history and later used from Christianity and monks.
Since 35 years I’m involved into martial arts and since 26 years experienced in different occidental and oriental healing systems and meditation practises. Collecting knowledge of psychology, wisdom of world known philosophies and religions is a favourite subject of me. My body-mind organism is well skilled and I hold the titles of Grandmaster and Professor in martial arts and psycho-physiology.
During the days of the seminary I had no special expectations to get enlightened or not. I’m a nature-boy and was only curious about the experiences of the other people who participated there, too. The most of them were working professionally in healing arts. The teachings and treatments of Kiara worked very deep on mental, emotional and physiological layers. The combination of receiving Deeksha and practising Ilahinoor oneself and with partners is tremendously. The golden light from both energetic forms has melted inside and overwhelmed me during the holotropic breathing session, in company with a shamanic out of body experience, visions of uncountable past lives, prophecy of my destiny and followed by a significant dream with the fear of dead experience and a rescuing wale in the following night of the second day.
My body felt cooking from time to time, two days long, and Para psychic phenomena were happening, without other painful physical symptoms. Thanks to my well trained body-mind organism I could be present all the time and watch the whole process of enlightenment and self healing. The best way to manage all this was to keep a certain kind of humour respect to all the spectacular inside moves and outside reactions.

I sit by the sea watching the waves come in. A big wave crests and breaks, sweeping in over the thirsty sand. Then it pulls back, creating a rush of turbulence as it confronts the next wave on its way in. Soon this next wave breaks past the turbulence, and sweeps in again towards the shore. Forward and back, flowing and ebbing, the ocean’s dance continues into infinity.
I reflect on the process of change. Some weeks ago I was speaking with my friend Barry Martin, who used the metaphor of the Three Waves to refer to the process of planetary awakening. Sitting here watching the incessant movement of the ocean in front of me, I am reminded of this conversation.
Whenever a new project begins there is always a great enthusiasm and energy that accompanies it. This is the First Wave. It is strong and exhilarating. We are caught up in a vision. We feel the power of the universe moving through us. We feel we can break through all seeming resistance. A great power surges through us, and we are sure we can endure anything in the fulfillment of this vision.
Then comes the second wave, the “backwave”, as the ocean inevitably pulls back towards itself. There is a great turbulence. It is a time of testing and agony. We watch helplessly as our fondest hopes and dreams begin to collapse all around us. The universe suddenly seems to have forgotten all about us, or even seems to have turned against us. We wonder if we have been given a false vision, or if the universe makes any sense anymore.
Many call this the “dark night of the soul”. Before a person actually experiences this, there is always a romantic notion attached to this. We are told that an initiation will be coming, and that this “dark night” is the passage to a great awakening, the gateway to a spiritual rebirth. We even begin to secretly pray for this, feeling quite ready for the challenge, foolishly certain that we will make it through, no matter what.
The problem is that when we are in the First Wave, we only experience the rush of infinite divine possibility. We have received a transmission of light. We have had our first taste of enlightenment. We have caught our first vision of an imminent Golden Age. We have seen the big picture where all the world’s problems have been miraculously solved. We have glimpsed a hope deep in our psyche that spells freedom from a lifetime of despair and suffering. We have fallen in love with the infinite possibilities of being.
Then comes the “reality check”. The Second Wave hits us, and everything is suddenly going backwards. All our dreams suddenly dissolve in the foam. No longer are we experiencing divine ecstasy. We find ourselves being pounded into the sand and churned around by the universe until all that is left is a blind sense of betrayal and despair.
Eventually the Third Wave breaks through this sense of soul pounding, and we enter into an altogether new realm of mastery. The last remnants of the ego’s attachment to separation dissolve, and we are free. But how do we get from here to there?
I have spoken with many who are going through a “dark night of the soul” some weeks or months after receiving ‘deeksha’ or ‘ilahinoor’, and have also been experiencing this myself over the past few months. It has given me an opportunity to reflect more deeply about these things, and I would like to offer some perspectives. There are certain characteristics of this “dark night” that many of us have experienced in common:
loads of “shit” happening all at once
feeling totally overwhelmed by life
a plunge of self-esteem
feelings of betrayal, despair, helplessness
loss of any certainties or hope
no feeling of divine connection
feeling isolated in a private hell
From time to time I discover that there are certain things I can do while being mercilessly buffeted into the sand. I breathe into the fear. I take time out where I can scream or cry or pray or just be quiet. Sometimes I ask myself what is the worst thing that could possibly happen, and then relax into the comparative grace of what is actually going on. I seek to recognize the many masks and mirrors of my ego. I ask myself how much of my experience is based on traumas from the past or fears of the future. I look towards the big picture, what’s really happening behind the illusions of the separate ego. I take the opportunity to deeply examine my personal shadows, all of which I realize are coming to the surface to be healed. I ask myself if my faith in the divine plan is truly unconditional, or if it only works when things are seemingly going well. I look for the attachments I must give up. I look for the gifts I must reclaim.
All these things help. But, by themselves, they are not enough. The purpose of the Second Wave is not to struggle to find a way out. The purpose of the Second Wave is simply to be pounded into the sand until there is nothing left to do anymore. The purpose of the Second Wave is to shred any remaining attachments or identities held by the separate ego, including what we might call our ‘spiritual ego’.
The Third Wave inevitably comes. The stronger the First Wave has been the stronger also the Second Wave can be. The more consciously we can go through the Second Wave, the more permanent the Third Wave will be. In context of receiving transmissions of light, if the First Wave is Enlightenment, then the Second Wave is Endarkenment, and the Third Wave is a state of Oneness which is neither dark nor light, and beyond the distinction of either dark or light. This is where the “fire” from heaven has burned away the last remnants of separateness. This is where we experience our true face, which has nothing to do with the face we have learned to recognize in the daily mirrors of life. This is the territory Jesus wrestled with in the wilderness of his soul before he could fully embody the energies of the Christ.
I sense that the Three Waves which each of us will be going through in this passage towards Oneness are the same Waves that collective humanity will be going through. It is also the same Waves that the collective human consciousness or any system that ultimately still has roots within the mass consciousness of humanity will also have to go through. It is the same Waves that our beloved Earth is going through as She prepares to birth humanity and all life into a Golden Age. Despite appearances, there is a huge omnipotent, loving Intelligence that is working through all of this.
It seems to me that perhaps we are now collectively entering the Second Wave. From all the feedback I seem to be receiving from people, it may be that something is coming to a head on a planetary level, like a big collective event about to happen. What this would look like I do not know and cannot say. But it is important for us to recognize that the grace of the Third Wave which is also pouring into the Earth today is beyond all temporal forms and can never be diminished or held back by anything.
Sri Aurobindo, the great mystic sage of India, referred to the Second Wave as the “supramental catastrophe”, and noted that there would inevitably be a period of transition where all our collective shadows would surface. My sense is that this is about to peak on our planet in these coming months and years. Yet he also stated that this would be followed by the “supramental manifestation”, identical to what many today are referring to the as the dawning of the Golden Age.
So if we are experiencing the Second Wave at this time, let us remember the big picture. No matter what stage of the process we are going through, the gift is alive in us, and we are blessed with the capability to pass it on and on and on. If we stay in state of transparency with all this, and allow the winds of the destroyer to blow through us without resistance, we shall come out the other side of this in a much deepened capacity to serve the One.
